I don’t see my codes in my BackerKit account! Where are they?
If you are supposed to have codes in your BackerKit account and don’t please send us a message on Kickstarter. It is likely you filled out your BackerKit survey JUST after we distributed codes, or a bug caused something to go wrong and we missed you by accident. Oops!
I haven’t received my code for Amplitude yet! What do I do?
You likely haven’t received your game code because we haven’t sent out codes just yet! The only codes we’ve sent out so far are the codes for $20 PSN credit. These were sent out to backers of the $35 tier and above. More information on Amplitude game codes will come closer to release.
I’m not in the United States, can I still receive my $20 of PSN credit? We are handling this on a case-by-case basis on whether or not you have a US PSN account and if we have extra codes to spare for this (as we are prioritizing backers in the US first).
Send us a message on Kickstarter regarding this if this is something affecting you.
My codes aren’t working/I am receiving an error when I try to redeem my codes. How can I fix that?
If your codes aren’t working please follow these instructions:
Firstly, please check your PSN Transaction History! It is possible an error showed up, but the code was successfully added to your account.
If you are receiving an error code, it is likely Sony’s fraud protection system has temporarily locked you out from redeeming codes. Please wait a little while and try again later.
If you are receiving a message telling you that your code has already been redeemed, again, check your transaction history to make sure you haven’t already redeemed the code. If you are sure you didn’t redeem the code you are trying to redeem, please message us on Kickstarter and we’ll sort it out with you!
You can check your PSN Transaction History here: https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/liquid/cam/account/transactions/history-list.action?displayNavigation=false
What’s the difference between the $20 PSN codes and Amplitude game codes? The $20 PSN codes are from the $35 tier. These codes are PSN credit that you can use on whatever you’d like on the Playstation store. These are not codes for Amplitude, nor is the credit intended for purchasing Amplitude when it releases.
We will be sending codes for Amplitude out later this summer when the game releases. Until then, enjoy your PSN credit!
How can I update my BackerKit information?
As of April 30th, 2015, we’ve locked down BackerKit surveys. This is to help us move to the next stage of reward fulfilment. You can no longer update any pledge questions (t-shirt size, the name you want in the credits, etc.)
I forgot to fill out my BackerKit survey and it’s locked, what can I do?
If you forgot to fill out your BackerKit survey, there’s a chance it may not be too late! Send us a message on Kickstarter and we’ll help you out!
I’ve moved since I last filled out my BackerKit survey. Can I update my shipping information?
Even though we’ve locked down the BackerKit survey, you can still update your shipping information. You can do this by logging into your BackerKit account and editing your shipping address yourself.
I’ve changed my email address/no longer have access to my old email address. Can you update it for me?
Please send us a message on Kickstarter using the account you used to back the project. Let us know your old email and the new one you want us to update it to.
I can’t access my BackerKit account/survey. Help!
If you can’t access your BackerKit account and/or survey, please send us a message on Kickstarter! We’ll hook you up with your survey link.
I don’t see a code for Amplitude in my BackerKit account. When is Amplitude’s release date?
Codes for Amplitude have not been sent out yet because the game is not done yet. When Amplitude gets closer to release later this summer, we’ll have more information on your codes!
My code region is not listed on the BackerKit survey! What do I select?
If your region isn’t in the drop down list on your survey, it means we’re still looking into publishing Amplitude in your region. Don’t fret though! We’re committed to releasing Amplitude in every region we can. Please send a message to us on Kickstarter if this is affecting you so we can take note of it.
Why do I have to go through BackerKit to get my rewards?
BackerKit makes it easy for the wonderful/amazing/talented folks at Harmonix to fulfill rewards! It also gives you the option to manage your shipping information and survey answers over the course of the campaign so you can ensure the rewards you receive are all accounted for and shipped to the right place! We encourage you to get set up here. It’s super easy.
When do I get my backer rewards? I WANT MY STUFF NAO.
We anticipate fulfilling rewards on a rolling basis. Game codes will obviously be the last thing you’ll receive as it is dependent on the game being available for download next spring. The vinyl and digital albums will also likely be one of the later rewards you’ll receive as it requires completion of the soundtrack. Other goods such as backer t-shirts and prints may arrive sooner than that. Timelines for shipping will be addressed in future Kickstarter updates so keep an eye out for that!
What about special rewards like Song Senate and the VIP Launch Party?
We’re reaching out to backers in those tiers specifically as things take shape on our side. Song Senate is currently underway. Backers receiving the VIP Launch Party reward will hear more about that as PAX East information becomes available. For specific tier levels like these or the reward dinners, PSN codes, etc. please note that you’ll be notified directly (keep an eye on those messages!).
Why does the blaster shirt cost less?
The backer shirt and the blaster shirt are different. The backer shirt is part of the Kickstarter reward has more design detail/color variety, therefore it costs a little extra. Blaster shirt is only black & white. They are both cool though!
Tell me more about these shirts!
They are Next Level brand t-shirts. We’re offering both Men’s sizes (XS-3XL) and Women’s sizes (XS-2XL). If you already submitted your size before we added the additional options and want something that’s a better fit, you can go back and edit your responses.
What’s the backer poster going to look like?
A whole lot like the image we featured during the Kickstarter campaign. Specs are still being defined, but it’s currently looking like it’ll be 24x36. We’ll share the final specs as soon as we have them if you’re looking for frame options!
What audio formats will the downloadable soundtrack be available in?
MP3, OggVorbis, Flac, and AAC. There may be more options depending on who we ultimately use to distribute the album. More on the soundtrack later!
I’m having an issue with BackerKit!
If you’re having an issue with BackerKit itself, then please contact BackerKit support directly by clicking the “Contact Us” tab on the left side of this page!
They will gladly help you out! :)
I need more information/my question isn’t answered by the FAQ, where can I ask it?
If you are having an issue or a question that isn’t answered by this FAQ, you can send us a message on Kickstarter! You can message us on Kickstarter directly by going to this link: http://kck.st/1DFj9rc

Last Updated At: 10/20/15 | See Kickstarter UpdateWhat is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
